Before he ever stepped onto a keynote stage, Bryan E. Stephens, known as Coach BE, spent more than 25 years serving where leadership matters most.
He taught students in special education classrooms, worked with youth in the juvenile justice system, coached athletes, led parks and recreation teams, mentored emerging leaders, and partnered with schools and communities to help people reach their potential.
