It’s real, relatable, easy to follow, and actually gives you something you can use. What surprised me is that I could see myself in it, but I could also see my children getting something from it, so it doesn’t feel like it was written for just one age group or one type of person. Coach BE found a way to take the same realness he brings when he talks to people and put it on the page. Bottom line, it challenges you to stop just talking about who you want to be and actually make your actions match your words. Read the damn book, do the work, and align your WALK with your TALK!

I would say it was informative, inspirational, and something you can actually use. Coach BE has a way of giving examples that you can picture in your own life, and that makes everything click a little differently. I found myself answering questions in my head and realizing some things about myself that I probably wouldn’t have admitted before, especially how often I’ve used excuses instead of doing something about it. You’ll laugh, you’ll think, and you might even get called out a little bit, but you’ll leave feeling like whatever you need to work on is actually achievable.
