LESS ME. MORE WE.
STRONGER TOGETHER.
SIGNATURE EXPERIENCE | TEAM DEVELOPMENT
Talent can bring people together. But talent alone doesn't create a team.
We Not Me is an interactive team-development experience that challenges participants to examine how their choices, communication, attitudes, and personal accountability affect the people around them.
Through meaningful conversation, reflection, and shared learning, Coach BE encourages participants to look beyond individual success and recognize the responsibility each person has in building a stronger team.
BEING ON THE SAME TEAM
DOESN'T MEAN YOU'RE WORKING TOGETHER.
WHY THIS EXPERIENCE MATTERS
Every team has individual personalities, strengths, perspectives, and goals. Those differences can make a team stronger, but only when people understand how to work toward a shared purpose.
When personal agendas, poor communication, or a lack of accountability take priority, even talented groups can struggle to function as a team.
We Not Me creates space to examine what it really means to support one another, take responsibility, and contribute to something bigger than ourselves.
The goal is to help participants understand that a stronger team begins with the choices each individual makes every day.

Whether participants are competing on the field, collaborating in the workplace, or serving their communities, the principles of teamwork, trust, and shared responsibility remain essential.
Through storytelling, interaction, reflection, and practical conversation, Coach BE helps participants consider what they bring to the team and how they can contribute more intentionally.
The experience can be adapted to the audience, setting, and organizational goals.
Stronger teams are built through intentional relationships, shared responsibility, and the willingness of each person to contribute to something greater than themselves.
Let's create an experience that helps your people strengthen connections, build trust, and put the team first.
